Dear Carl and Richard. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your fantastic house, what a fabulous place you have. We had a brilliant time, the most popular areas being pool and games room. Andrew (13yrs) and Gareth (18yrs) spent most of their time, when not at the Parks, in either the pool or the games room. I enjoyed sitting by the pool in the mornings having my breakfast. After a tiring day walking round the Parks the first thing we would do when we got back would be to jump into the pool to cool off or just dip our feet in, it was such a relaxing environment. We found your house very comfortable and spacious (thank goodness for Air Con), the location ideal, just 20 mins at most from the Parks, Busch Gardens a little further away, about 1 hour and, of course, 24 hour Wal Mart just round the corner.  The I4 and US27 easily accessible and the traffic always moving (unlike International Drive which seemed to be congested most of the time). Besides the Parks we also spent quite a bit of time and money at the Premium Outlets, never seen the boys or Glen so enthusiastic about spending their money! Between shopping and Parks we also managed to squeeze in a game of golf which was conveniently just around the corner. I thoroughly enjoyed my game but it was soooo very, very hot. We all agree that we had one of the best holidays we've had and I would like to think that it won't be too long before we are back again for a second instalment of pure luxury, relaxation and enjoyment!

Hi Richard. Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with our family.  There were thirteen of us; grandparents, children and grandchildren.  The house was so big no one got in anybody else’s way!  The games room was in constant use (we had many pool tournaments) and enjoyed table tennis and the other games.  We spent lots of time around the pool having card games etc. 
The spa with its waterfall, the fountains and night lights added greatly to the ambience. With all the TV's in the home, ipods and play station, we were never bored for one minute!  We also enjoyed walks down to the lake looking for the alligator. The kids swear they saw it one day. 
It was a perfect home for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we were all sad when the time came to leave. Everything we needed was there and it was just a short 15-20 minutes to Disney and the Parks.  Our hopes are that we will be able to come back to your gorgeous home again sometime soon.

Well, as you promised, the villa certainly had the “Wow Factor”, with all our wishes catered for – no mean feat considering our party of 12 included 5 boisterous lads and a toddler. The pool and the games room were well used by all and were the perfect way to relax after spending the day in the Parks. The furniture, décor, entertainment systems (we saw plenty of English football on the huge TV) and the space in general were top notch and the all round feel of the villa is one of luxury. We certainly stumbled on a bargain too as the price was most definitely right. We cannot recommend your home highly enough and it played a big part in us all enjoying a holiday of a lifetime. The location too was ideal, set in a peaceful and quiet estate, yet only 25 minutes from Disney and an hour from Busch Gardens – ideal for anyone coming to do the Parks. To tell the truth, we didn’t want to leave and I think we hide our sadness pretty well in the photo! We all agreed Richard that, if we could afford it, we’d visit your place every year

First and foremost I want to thank you for letting us stay in your home; it was beautiful, comfortable and inviting.  We felt right away that we were coming home to our own house every night and I cannot thank you enough for that! 
Unfortunately, we had the coldest week on record for our vacation in Florida however; the only thing that it stopped us from doing was enjoying the outside of the house as much as possible!  Do not get me wrong, we spent time in the pool and sauna even on the coldest nights when it was 32 degrees but we do wish we could have enjoyed the outside more than we did!
That being said, we spent an amazing week in your home, the addition of the Wii console was wonderful and really allowed us to relax and wind down at the end of some very long and busy days!  Your email with directions, codes, etc was perfect and spot on and we never once had a problem with the codes or anything working properly, it was wonderful!

Hi Richard, We really enjoyed our time there.  The size of the home was perfect for our three generation family of ten.  It was great to have the space.  The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool.  The convenience of the location to shopping as well as the easy route to Disney World was great.

Our story on our route to our Disney vacation began when my husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2009.  We were then told it was smouldering and may not develop into actual cancer.  We had promised our children when they were kids that we would take them to Disney.  However, time passed and we were unable to fulfil that promise until now.  We were truly excited to be able to find the house.  As time came closer to our vacation date, my husband's disease took over with a vengeance.  A week before the kids were supposed to fly out Orlando (we were planning on driving) we were still unsure my husband would be healthy enough to travel.  Four days before the vacation was to start we took the plunge and booked flights.  My son and son-in-law pushed him around Disney in a wheelchair.  He was very tired but was glad he was able to go.  The master bedroom on the main floor was perfect for him.  He was able to rest and still feel part of the kids enjoying the outdoors and the pool.  Great memories. Our 6-year old grand daughter walked through the house doing a narration of the house room by room while her mom caught it all on video.  She loved it so much she declared when she got bigger she was going to move to Orlando.  It was truly a vacation to remember.  It seems hard to believe we have been home 4 weeks.

We took our five grandchildren - ages 8-10 (and their parents) to this beautiful home for the week between Christmas and New Years. The weather was spectacular, the house was exactly as described and we enjoyed it thoroughly. There is so much to do in the house that we would never have had to leave it - pool is beautiful and the hot tub was very much the center of the world for us old folks.... HOWEVER - the kids insisted on enjoying the sights so we joined them! Disneyworld and LegoLand are so close! Grocery stores, drug stores - we even had an urgent care visit. It was truly our home away from home for the week. The kids got together to say "goodbye" to the pool before they left. We had a holiday they will always remember. Hi Richard, We had a fabulous time. The villa was perfect for us and we loved everything about it. The pool was great, especially for my son who loves swimming, well being bounced around pool as he's only 1!
We arrived at the villa at night after a long flight, and were amazed at how spacious, comfortable and clean the villa was. To be honest the villa was everything we expected from the photo's and descriptions on the website. As a family of 7 we had ample room and every bedroom / bathroom was stocked perfectly. It would seem the owners cater for every need and listen to the reviews to ensure future visitors are looked after. We were worried about how our 1 year old would get on moving around villa and sleeping. There was no problem as the child gate, cot and bedrooms were just right for him. There was plenty of room for him to walk around and nothing dangerous for him to hurt himself on. The pool area was great and the pool especially with the heating was perfect for lazy morning and afternoon dips. We did not use the barbecue and rarely went into the games room but I can imagine how some families would take full advantage and enjoy what was on offer. I would definitely make a return visit in the future and would recommend the property to friends and family. The close proximity to large supermarkets was good for us to pop out and get stuff. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you would need. I hope to visit again in the future but many thanks to the owner for making our visit a wonderful holiday.

We had a blast!!!!  This place is gorgeous, clean and well kept, just as described. The owner was very kind and personable, his main concern was our comfort and well being. House is very secure in a quiet gated community. We not only enjoyed the beauty of the home but also the privacy.  Your home is truly the crown jewel of the tower lake area.  We had three families there with plenty of room to spare, we loved it! Close to many area attractions, on our 20 or so minute car rides to and from Disney we would discuss what we would do or did do that day. The drive was nice family time. Beautiful place, will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for a fantastic space to have our vacation.

We were a group of six adults renting the property for a relaxing 5 night vacation. The pictures on the website are an accurate representation of the property. We spent nearly all of our time in the pool and hot tub which was outstanding! There is a Walmart less than 5 minutes away. We used the grill almost daily to cook meals. If you feel like leaving the house for an evening, Downtown Disney was about a 20 minute drive. The game room provide us entertainment during a rain storm and all the other amenities listed are available. Great value for the property you are renting. Also like to say that the owner of the property is outstanding to work with. Very prompt in responses to your questions and I truly feel that he wants to make sure you have a outstanding experience.

First impression on entering the home was, "WOW, we made the right choice." The pool area is the nicest of all the homes we have rented. It was used constantly. Stunning! The bathrooms, bedrooms, game room all very nice. Communication with the owner, Richard, before, during, and after has been excellent. He responds to questions very quickly. My wife and I moved from Ohio to Louisiana 3 years ago and our family, including grandchildren, still live in Ohio. This was a family Christmas present last year to allow us to spend a week together without the interruptions of daily life. It was perfect. I highly recommend this home.

Hi Richard, I just wanted to say thank you for renting your beautiful home to us! Everything went really well and we all had a great time. Our family of 14 spent 8 days here. We brought the whole family. Eight adults and six kids ranging from 4 to 18. We found the house to be everything it claims to be! The drive from the airport was not bad at all and the house is very easy to find. The code Richard sent us worked the first time we tried it. The house is VERY clean. It had new carpets and was freshly painted.. The three master suites had very comfortable mattress and the rooms were great. The kids loved the play room and the pool. Richard was very easy to reach and always very pleasant. We would stay here again without a doubt. It was so nice to be together, yet each of us had our own rooms and had privacy when we needed it. The neighborhood is a gated community with a 24 guard at the entrance.

Hi Richard, We had a great time. As I mentioned, we had my 86 yr. old  mother together with all of her kids for the first time in a very long time. We were also celebrating my brother’s 60^th. The house was great!. The crowd wasn’t really too interested in doing a lot, so it was mostly lounging around. So we really enjoyed the space the house gave us, the flexibility (and ease) of having some meals in, and of course the pool area. As you suggested on the phone, the way you have this laid out works great. I’ll also say that the maintenance guy who came around was also excellent.

This was our first time visiting Florida and this was a great place to stay. It was very nice and the pool area is really big!! It was a good central place to stay as it’s within a short drive to either coast and beaches and all the theme parks. Also close to Manny's chop house which has the best and cheapest steaks on earth!! It was so nice to have a big house with a pool and hot tub to relax in after busy fun days.

The game room was excellent. Couldn't be happier. Gated community; I could go on; and I will; place was immaculate. This deserves 10 stars not just five. The owner is great too; we will definitely reserve this again; no doubt. 6 bedrooms; plenty of dishes; towels; it's like your home. Great patio; oh and ping pong. The best of the best in every way; and very fairly priced too. Quiet neighborhood too

The pictures of this villa look great, when you pull up onto the drive and walk in...WOW!!!! The owner describes the villa as 'Stunning' and it certainly is and more. Everything is how it should be and there is everything you need. Its easy to get to from the airport, easy to get to all the theme parks and only a 2 minute drive to Walmart. The games room we didn't bother with but it was packed with stuff to keep the children entertained. The pool area is fab, it isn't overlooked which is usually the case I've found with villas and big enough to sit around. After a busy day its great to have such a nice pool to play around in, the kids loved it. The A/C worked great, if anything it worked too well but the weather was hot and humid so a nice relief after being out in the sun all day. Its a gated community so its very safe and the security on the gate are really friendly. The villa is great for big groups. Bad points....none. I can't think of any.  I would definitely recommend this villa.

Fantastic house and relaxing environment to spend 10 days on the sun. We had a large crowd, and never felt too cramped. The table tennis and pool area were occupied pretty much all of our waking hours, apart form when we were at the shops. So many delicious places to eat nearby, the obvious ones being the steakhouses! We found a great Thai restaurant in Celebration - try the Firehouse hot! Loved the holiday. Great house, great stay!

You have everything for everybody in the villa! Whilst the pictures are great, the simply can't do your place justice. The location was perfect- 10 minutes form everything we need to do. The house had every amenity we could hope for and more, . The games room we didn't bother with but it was packed with stuff to keep the children entertained.
